Complete renovation of a 75 m2 home in the historic center of Sitges.
The clients desired a complete renovation of the home. To create all the desired spaces, the home’s layout was completely redesigned, relocating the master bedroom to the interior of the property. The living room was also modified to integrate the kitchen into the main living space. Design and interior design were carried out in collaboration with the clients.
All the home’s fixtures, fittings, woodwork, false ceilings, bathrooms, and flooring were renovated. Technical design, supervision, and project management.
