Complete renovation of a 45 m2 apartment in the Nou Barris neighborhood of Barcelona.
The client wanted to join the NEXT GENERATION grant program. To achieve a reduction in electricity consumption of more than 30%, the entire home was thermally and acoustically insulated, the layout was modified, and the entire house was completely renovated.
Installations, fittings, flooring and cladding, and carpentry were included. Technical design, construction management, and management of NEXT GENERATION grants and construction management.
