This 65m2 apartment located in an elegant building required comprehensive refurbishment and remodelling. Work had been started by another company, but had come to a halt when it was discovered they did not have the required permits. As result an executive plan had to be submitted in order to get planning permission. The entire plan was adapted in order to achieve two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and an integrated kitchen/living room space.
The concept, proposal and management of the work were carried out by video- and teleconference as the clients live outside of Spain.
This project required careful planning, authorisation, direction and management of the work.
