Comprehensive rehabilitation of patios, roofs, staircases, and the communal lobby in a multi-family building between party walls in the l’Eixample district, covering a total area of 1,367 m².
The project transforms the communal areas of a historic building, previously modified with a poorly implemented elevator, into a modern and functional space. The intervention includes skylight illumination, IPE wood flooring, and marble in the lobby, ensuring both comfort and aesthetics.
