Rehabilitation of the main and rear façades and inner courtyards of a multi-family building between party walls, located in the Raval district. The total intervention area is 330 m².
As the building is heritage-protected, the project required supervision by the City’s Heritage Department. The works included the restoration of façade stuccoes, cornices and original wall surfaces, as well as the cleaning and recovery of stone masonry, among other interventions.
In the courtyards, the original lime mortars were replaced with new compatible mortars finished with mineral paints, ensuring breathability and respect for the original construction systems.
The construction company responsible for executing the works was Meyri S.L.
Services provided included project design, site management, cost control, and supervision of safety and quality.
