Rehabilitation of the main and rear façades of a multi-family residential building between party walls, located in the Sant Andreu district. The works were interrupted and rescheduled due to the pandemic and later resumed in compliance with the health measures established by the authorities.
The total intervention area was 310 m².
The services provided included project design, site supervision, grant management, cost control, and quality supervision.
